Frequently Asked Questions

A. I'm currently based in Central New York and will travel to locations within the region, such as Oneida, Sylvan Beach, Rome, Syracuse, and Liverpool. Requests for travel to locations outside of the Central New York region will require a travel fee of $1.00 per mile.

A. I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract to secure your date(s). The 50% retainer fee is applied to the total cost of your session.

A. For regular sessions, the remaining payment is due within one week of the session date. For packages, the remaining payment is due within one week of the first session date. For events, the remaining payment is due within one month of the event date. All sessions, packages, and events booked within one week of the session/event date are due in full when booked.

A. Sessions that need to be rescheduled due to weather will be rescheduled at my discretion. I will work with you to find an alternative date/time that works for both of us. This won't cost you anything!

For reasons other than weather, you may request that your session be rescheduled to a different date/time than stated on your contract. Availability is not guaranteed; however, if your requested date/time is available, I require a rescheduling fee of $50 to secure your new date.

If you need to cancel your session, you may do so at any time. This will also cancel your contract. All unpaid monies will no longer be owed, and all monies paid are nonrefundable.

A. Photos will be delivered in a high-quality digital format via a personalized online photo gallery. A thumb drive with digital copies of the photos may be mailed upon request for an additional $25.

A. Photos will be delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks.

A. Yes! Full gallery upgrades are available upon request for $150, and partial gallery upgrades are available upon request for $15 per photo.

A. Yes! Unedited RAW files are available upon request for $300 (full gallery) or $30 per photo. Unlike most photographers, I offer this option because I understand how it is to be on the other end of this question. However, I do require clients to sign a special contract when purchasing RAW files.

A. Yes! Retouching is available upon request for an additional $10 per photo.

A. Absolutely! A print release is included in all sessions.

A. At this time, I am not offering physical prints or photo books. However, you may print and/or create your own photo books with your digital photos!
